Pak Identity is an online identity issuance service provided by NADRA for Pakistani citizens, offering a comprehensive solution for applying for various identity documents. NADRA has developed this application to streamline the process and facilitate Pakistani citizens in applying for the following identity documents:

• Reprint / Lost of CNIC
• New NICOP

The app provides several functionalities to enhance the user experience, including:

• Account creation using email, mobile number, and biometric verification.
• User login through biometrics (Fingerprints / Facial).
• Personal inbox displaying a list of all applications.
• Interactive data acquisition process.
• ICAO-compliant photograph capture using the mobile camera.
• Fingerprint acquisition through the mobile camera.
• Digital signature capture using the mobile touchscreen.
• Document upload using both mobile cameras and file upload.
• Attester verification through OTP (One-Time Password).
• Online payment options for seamless transactions.
